Templates box has a really nice selection of flash templates you can use to get started with any website. Though beware flash for SEO.

You could try http://html5up.net/

They're CSS3 & HTML5, fully responsive templates (fits mobile devices, tablets, etc)

Selection is quite slim, however their templates are REALLY nice.
