    Help me create this blog

    I want to create a blog where the site users can submit images about a specific subject. They would be able to create posts just like an admin. Is this possible?

    Joomla might be an option for you. There are some CMS or content management systems that will allow you to set it so that users can submit videos or images. Just use caution as some users will submit the wrong thing.

    I understand your requirement. You want to create a site with multiple users where each user has a separate account. You can do this on Joomla or Drupal. However, Joomla and Drupal need programming skills. An easy option is wordpress. Instal wordpress on your domain and allow for creating account. YOu can customize this multiple account option by using plugins.

    I make this happen by using WordPress, so if you need a site whereby each user can easily create it own content then you can blog with WordPress and create account for each participate.

    Yeah, I think the easiest way to solve that problem is Wordpress. However, you need to be adept with Wordpress because it is not that easy to use although users are always saying that it is the easiest software for blogging. Maybe you can check some sites with multiple bloggers inside. The links just slipped my mind right now but I know there are lots of those kind of website.
