Hello everyone,
how do I get my funds back off this website?
The guy who refunded my money was a level X, and so now that I didnt get my services and I used paypal to put them there why can I get it back off?
That almost sounds like a scam I mean the guy is part of this website and refunded my money no one else has that job and now I have to spend that money here?
Or is it that SEO clerks just has to get a cut of it some way?

Refunds are similar. We pay Paypal fees for the inbound transaction already so it wouldn't be smart of us to add them to your earnings fund... and have to pay fees again when you withdraw. Instead they go into the balance fund and then if you want a refund from a cancelled order, just contact support. We will issue a Paypal refund which removes the Paypal fees we already paid and prevent us from paying more. You have two funds, a balance fund and an earning fund. The balance fund is responsible for any returns, twitter promotion, coupons, etc while the earnings fund is purely for profit from selling gigs. You can only withdraw from the earnings fund.
