How long did it take you to select your forum theme?

Did you spend many days or weeks deciding on the perfect forum theme or did you choose your theme impulsively and install it quickly so that you could move on to more important details?

My forum theme actually is custom made. It only took a few days to get it all done and I am still working on adding new things to it really. But when I used to just use free themes, it would take a while for me cause I would always compare them with others and find the best one.

Picking the right theme is essential to forum success. And, if you pick the wrong theme, you are likely to get fewer or no new forum members as the appearance of your site will be a big turn off to anyone visiting the site. So take your time, even if it's a week or two to find your forum theme. What's your rush?
