I have set my site as one of my start tabs on Firefox so it loads when I first go online. That way I will always be sure to see my forum as one of the first things in the morning. I am already logged in, so I can see all the new discussions, activities and messages. Then, I will leave a tab open with my forum so that I can see new discussions or responses as they come in through out the day. It's a convenient way to check on my site daily.
I have my forum in a tab almost 24/7 because I like to be online to help others when they need it or just because I feel like it :P
