Dealing with repetitive questions

On some niche forums, the same questions/problems get addressed repeatedly. Just wondering if all this repeated content is a good thing or if members should post once and then move on to cover new things?

Usually repeated content is posted by different users. They may not realize that there is a thread about it already, especially if it is a large forum.

Yes I agree with you too. There are too many new threads coming up with similar or repeated same questions. Unless the admin track them, you will keep seeing the same questions pop up every now and then.

I don't think it a deliberate thing.Most of these questions are posted by different users that never knew about the previous question.
