What reasons would you have for banning a forum member?

What could a forum member do to justify being banned? Is spamming enough justification to ban a member?

A spammer gets an automatic ban, meaning if someone signs up just to spam links or spam the profile page, they are deleted quickly. A member who is trolling or insulting to others, gets a ban. Those are just the rules on my forum. I started out with almost no rules but over time had to implement some guidelines just to maintain civility on forum.

I will ban a spammer immediately I noticed he or she is spamming the forum.

An abusive or insulting user would be ban

Fraudulent advert all the time from the same person will give the user a ban

A scammer that poses as a user would be ban.

A troll is the number 1 public enemy in a forum because it sows negative vibes. The second in the list is the spammer which is annoying especially when the post is consecutive and scattered in several boards. Even if I am not a forum owner, I am annoyed in seeing such spamming on the boards. And not to forget, there are those who posts nonsense. Pardon me but I had encountered posts where the poster seemed to have been lost with his English. There is no sense in his posts. There's still one more, those posting copied items from another forum.
