Is there anyway to get rid of an unfair bad review?

Someone misunderstood my gig and then gave me a bad review. I definitely did'nt deserve it and want to know if i can get rid of it

this is what i did.i contacted the buyer and asked him to submit a ticket and i will return his money completly but i dont want negative rating.i am still 100% feedback buyer.
