    What is better to use to promote affiliate offers SEO PPC or Social Media?

    If you could only use one way to promote some affiliate offer, either SEO, PPC or Social Media, which one would you choose and why?

    Obviously each have their own benefits, advantages, disadvantages, pros and cons. For example, SEO could take a lot more time before you start seeing results but once perfected it can pay off for years without needing to do much of it again. Where as PPC can be very effective from the start but also may require a lot of testing and some budget to play with and test with before you find that perfect PPC ad. Where as social media is free to use and can be effective but you would have to put some work in first to get that engagement.

    So if you could only choose one way to promote an affiliate offer of some kind, which method would you choose and why?

    I would remove PPC out of the list straight away as people are paid to view your link so they are very unlikely to buy the product or service resulting in a loss for you. SEO and social media are both good ways but assuming you start from scratch, I would probably choose social media as it is free and you will probably see results quicker given you can get lots of connections or followers in your social media account. However, if you have an active website and an active social media account, I would go for the website because you will probably have more success.

    Hi as your descried about SEO,PPC, SMM for promoting affiliate offer, I should choose SEO then SMM. Both are working very well and very effective as per as I seen. I tired both ways and both are still working for me. SEO is permanent way to promote your affiliate. yes it may take some times for getting good result. But comparatively with other option for promoting affiliate, SEO should best way to promote any product. And it s long and lasting solution. On the other hand Social promotion could be good way. You can offer your service by using several SM as free. But if you think to promote product as paid method, I should prefer social media for getting hot result. And I did several time by using Facebook. And I got success.
    So, eventually I would like to say SEO is first option then SMM for promote affiliate product

    I have come to realize affiliate program need more of interested audience not just people to click without conversion. So with this I think social media is better than PPC for affiliate program.

    I don't think PPC will give you desired result. When you promote your affiliate offers through PPC, the people who click on your link are paid by the program where you have promoted your links. These users only care about fulfilling their daily click quota. They do not care what is being offered.
    SEO can give you best result, however, it takes time. The immediate results come from social media. If you have a good fan following on social media and if you are an influencer, your products and services will get sold easily through social media.

    I think social media groups are good. For example, facebook groups are good for promoting the boosted post. And in case of the PPC. You can use the direct landing page. So that's something you have to consider as well. You have to find out if there are any good options on the conversion side. Some people have a good luck. And some people have random luck with the same. I guess for each one of us things could be different though. It would be a bit harder to make use of the affiliate offers in that case. That's what I have learned.

    I don't think SEO could help directly in affiliate marketing although indirectly it can help. PPC on the other hand depending on how enticing the affiliate offer is, can actually be effective in getting affiliates. Social Media Marketing to me would be the best way to promote affiliate marketing because it's geared for a lot of people and it's free.

    As they saying goes, the best things in life are free so it is social media for me. However, it takes some creativity in promoting in social media because you cannot be spamming just like that. Your friends and followers may be annoyed and you may suffer the consequences. Posting regularly is fine but not too often. Maybe once a week will do and the post should be interesting enough and not just a simple advertisement.
