Write the reason you're deleting this FAQ
Years ago i was reading some forums where i understood that flipping domain names can be very profitable business, specially when you focus on short named .COM TLD?
I tried that, but cost's of renewals were piling up and it was hard to determine which domain names will have real value in future...
What you think how is this business doing now? Is it still worth investing in domain names to flip them after?

Not just that but have you ever heard the express in life that "one mans junk is another mans treasure"? It's true with domain names too. What I mean is, you could have a really old domain you're not doing anything with and isn't worth anything much to you but someone else may want to pay good money for it. It's all about how you market and promote it. If you thought it was a good idea at the time but no longer think so or don't have the time to take it to the next level, someone else might still think that now and be willing to try it. Lots of websites and domain names get sold like that. It all depends how you sell it. Obviously sites with more traffic/earnings sell for more.
In fact, as a flippa, you're always grabbing new domains on new niches or existing niches, doing them up a bit, doing a bit of SEO/SMO on them then flipping them a little while later for a hansom profit. If that's a site in a big niche as well that can sell for big money too!
So yes absolutely you can, people can from all levels and walks of life and there is infinite opportunity out there too.
Any day now a new Facebook is going to come about. Any day.. Of course!! But it does help if you have some domaining experience under your belt. If you was someone playing with websites and domains since 2000 then then you're probably pretty clued up about it all now but even if you're just starting out there really is an INFINITE amount of opportunity out there.
