I have divided the videos for our company into three YouTube channels (2 are new) and these videos have all been promoted but in some cases the proportions of views to likes are not realistic. I need someone to look at all videos in all three channels (there are just over 100 in total) and tidy up so that there are approximately 10% likes to views, and so there are a good proportion of subscribers.
In half the cases it is fine - it needs someone who cares about details and who can either promote views or likes, depending what is needed. For good quality work I would pay more - up to $50
I would like any video on any of the three channels with less than 15 likes to receive sufficient likes from you so that there are between 15 and 20 likes (but not more than this)
I would like any video with more than 10% likes compared to views to receive more views so that it looks more realistic.
I want the work completed by Friday at the latest but would prefer Wednesday 29th July
