I have a good software product.
I am looking for the following:
If you cannot deliver the all the work required your own, you can use other service providers to deliver the work for you as subcontractors. However you have to manage it all transparently with me, and provide me with all what I have listed above; including a plan of delivery with sub-contracted service providers. (Do not worry I am not going to contact people on your behalf, I have too much other work to do, I am outsourcing the entire job)
I am not looking for $15 offer; at the same time the price should be reasonable. The maximum price is listed because I cannot create the request without putting it; I want you to work out your best. I am looking for quality work and reasonable price.
The person, who makes this work properly, will get more work from me for the other software products I have.
