I need simple 3 wordpress setting get done.

I need simple 3 wordpress setting get done.

I want to 3 little changes in my wordpress landing page but I am confused how to do that... Need someone who can guide me with instructions how to get done all this settings,

1. Need to remove search box from homepage = (3 lines search button)
2. Footer should be change & customize line.
3. at home page title should not appear

I am giving images to understand better...

Note: Look at the images i highlighted into red circle & box.

You should give me instruction how to do all this things. Thanks
