hi i was with another hosting service, and they suspened my account as i sent to much traffic to my website, i got a recent back up file of my site, i downloaded it from my cpanel, so if i can find a new hosting service, i need to know when you give me the new cpanel, if i upload my site back up, and change the name servers, will my website be as it was before please?
