I would like a WP template from Themeforest, Preferably this one

I will pay extra 5 bux to remove all signs of wp such as logos ,view source issues ect,, and make it compatible to right to left languages such as arabic.
Get the theme then installation and customizations including removing all signs of wp from site and admin such as wp logos ,view source issues ect also the template has to be compatible to right to left languages such as arabic .Also remove DESIGNED & DEVELOPED BY [Orange Themes] from the bottom, will provide you with site logo
