Need a designer to customize my child theme as per my requirement

I have Mocha wordpress theme+genesis framework. Need someone to customize it for me.

Header split into 2 parts- 315X90 + adsense unit
Social share icons beneath each post
BG image to be changed
customized social share box to be created with FB, G+ twitter and linked in icons.
Customized footer to be created.
Design should be responsive, clean and fast loading
Only need the theme will create the logo on my own.
Interested people kindly let me know me the expected time duration need that completed ASAP.

NOTE: Only Apply if you know how to customize a WordPress CHILD theme and can deliver the same in 7 days. I need PROFESSIONAL people to help.
