Looking for illustrator for children's book

I am looking to publish a 10-page children's book. There is one picture on each page. I have an artist who already drew pictures on paper in pencil. I am looking for an illustrator to color the ten images I already have into digital format. Credits and Rates are negotiable. Please discuss with me and also provide CV and past works so that I may choose who to hire. Thanks.
