Photoshop Shadow on Images

Hello, I have some blog and i need smething like this on the images:

As you can see on images i need that shadow, text and that red and green box, so i need 2 files of photoshop. I need that shadow so i can add on my own images that kind of "titles"..

Also on this image:

there is a line under "right now" i want that line to be included too on photoshop file.
