1. Professional Design & Navigation
The MAVENS PLANET web site design needs to be clear, professional and intuitive for web site visitors in order to establish MAVENS PLANET as the best company to do business with (and work for) among its peers in the industry. Designer will work as a team with MAVENS PLANET staff to create a site map and two, color homepage concepts. The concepts will then be revised down to one, final design for the creation of the web site.
The usability and navigation of the site will be of utmost importance in the organizational architecture of the site. A thorough review of existing and newly planned content will also be taken into consideration.
Content Management System
The web site needs to be easy-to-use, robust content management system, or CMS. The CMS will allow for non-technical MAVENS PLANET staff members to add, edit or delete HTML content areas of the web site based on the individual user’s role-based permissions in the system. CMS is also enabled with an approval-routing feature for maximum security and content verification.
MAVENS PLANET will have complete control over the direction of the content of the web site and will no longer be dependent upon a web vendor to make updates quickly.
A web site with similar content sections and pages to the current MAVENS PLANET site. The final site map will be determined at the beginning of the project by working with MAVENS PLANET staff to organize existing and newly planned content areas.
