Looking for experienced person to increase adsense CPC

I have a website with some organic and paid traffic, mainly mobile. We get a low cpc of around £0.20 to £0.30 even though most traffic from USA and UK.

We have good keywords on the website in computing niche.

PLEASE NOTE:

  1. Strictly paid only if you achieve our outcome below. If CPC is not increased no pay unless you really try hard in which case we will pay max $10.
  2. You must have good knowledge of adsense and cpc
  3. work will be over online chat (sk) and teamviewer (remote work) if you need to do any on page seo you do it on my pc remotely or tell me over online chat (SK) and il make changes
  4. Pay is fixed amount not per hour.

We need to target CPC around £1.00 if possible.

Maybe you know same safe CPC tricks or better keywords. Maybe we can try different keywords or domain etc... So you can do whatever it takes to achieve the target as long as it safe and allowed.
