I need someone to do two minor changes in my weebly website. I'm a developer on my own but have no time to look at it so I want to hire someone.
1) Splash page is a video splash page where it shows static image if I browse from Mobile. I don't want it to be static image on any device I want it to be same video as it appears on laptop.
2) My theme is storyboard and at one page I have youtube links, I want a scrollbar within the webpage to scroll video links, the scrollbar must not be in device screen but in website by itself.
