I need someone to create an action plan that will lead to results. These results can translate into traffic, subscribers, downloads, or other results that can be contributed to the efforts.
This is a brand-building project. Newsletter networking is an effective strategy.

Drive appropriate traffic to the specified location.
Do not use potentially questionable approaches to drive traffic to the sources.
Knowledge of newsletters and mailing lists is a plus.
Ability to generate targeted traffic for fiction books would be ideal.
Documentation of your action plan will be required
Proof of implementation through documentation will be needed.

Please identify at least two effective methods that would be or could be used to direct traffic to the landing page or the book.
