Hi there, I need SEO optimization done on a specific page. My goal is to find someone who will optimize 1 page for a very low cost without website access. I want one page to be done for $1-$3. Then, I will do $5 per page/article. There are about 20 pages that need optimization bi weekly; therefore, there will always be a lot of work.
