Improve indexing of posts and pages from current 2% to at least 75%

I have this website that has several pages and 75000 posts, but google has only indexed about 1000 of those posts. I need someone to employ safe, acceptable tricks to get those remaining posts indexed. I am looking for a success rate of about 75%. If you can, please apply for the job. this will be a results-based job, meaning the seller must be able to meet the minimum goal set.
