Please create and publish to https://chrome.google.com/webstore an chrome extension which will allow user to disable/enable images downloading on websites.
Example i disable it and from now on all pages i open will NOT download (not only hide) any images. After chrome restart app turned off images loading should be remembered.
But still instead of images, chrome extension will show some absolutelly non distracting / half transparent symbol (or images alt= text) which i can click and make that particular image load. (eq: captcha image)
Extension must not be depending on any website, must not download data, gather any users data, more than necessary, must not send data out of users computer.
