2) You should not use css frameworks. Instead, create some css classes and use then again and again.
3) Try to avoid png and jpg images. Use css to design high-quality icons or maybe use SVG icon with highest compression which has very small size but shows like high quality.
4) Write as less codes as possible and try to use common classes for css and HTML to reduce file size.
