I want someone who is good at programming to and coding to create a very good online shopping on it for me. I want the address to be a list of locations that are grouped into regions/province for customers to select from in a drop-down menu. I want to set up the shipping fee to be based on the region of choice for customers and I need only one address to be same as shipping and billing. I don't need the selection of country for the checkout address.
