need to develop a site (including look and feel), open source LMS (like moodle) installed and configured. including issuing completion certificate.

the site needs to be intuitive. allow users to pay on per course basis.

Requirements

i have 150+ courses (in scorm-compliant packages) that need to be uploaded as well. all will initially have the exact same price ($499 per course).

i intend to promote the courses via wagjag or groupon type sites. discount it to $49 if they buy through these sites. so i need to have an automated fulfillment method.
