I am looking for a very simple website script to provide me with specific information from my CSV file.
This is what I want:
1. I want to go to www.MyWebsite.com/script
2. I want to upload my CSV file
3. I want the script to read the CSV file, and provide me with 2 txt lists.

1. If the percentage = 0.20 or higher, add it to the "Good" section
2. If the percentage = 0.19 or lower, add customer name to "Bad" section
3. If there is a duplicate customer name, delete from Good or Bad section.
4. Remove "Customer: " and " (123)" from Good & Bad section
The results should look like this (see below)
