create music chart system for wordpress

Hello, for a wordpress based website i need a music chart pluging.
here are some options that the plugin needs to have:

The plugin needs to be compatible with woocommerce as well for direct checkout
there need to be an option to add 3 external links (to direct to itunes or other stores)
its a chart so there need to be a voting system (upvote / downvote and star raiting)
need to be an option to add mp3 files
there needs to be a preview option
buy button that ads the song to whoocommerce cart and checkout
