General Features required :
Flights booking :
Data is to fetched from third party websites using affiliate API system, you have to choose it yourself. Under this if user/guest wants to book, when clicks over book now button he will be redirected to affiliated website where he can book, in lieu we earn commission.
On the same page data will be fetched if available in local database for particular location by the admin. If guest choose this he will be redirected to onsite payment page.[following are html page refer design idea only, carefully see icons etc.]

Admin can create flight name, destination, to destination, flight logo, arrival departure time and date, set pricing etc.
Can see bookings of the guest, can cancel or edit, see booking PNR number
Once the user books, he can see booking number.

All Search form in the given is not working properly and exactly please make it corrected.
While searching , it should show suggestions in ajax dropdown from the local database.
SMS Alert system : alerts to hotelier/property owner , to user/guest on booking and 2 days prior to arrival.
Reseller Travel Agents : Admin can create Agent’s Special offer for Flight /Hotel/Tour/Car , this offer only can be seen on login by Travel agents. Travel Agents can Book either through Payment gateway onsite or Offline or on credit basis [subject to Admin approval], Bookings can be seen under Admin panel ‘Marked” – “Travel Agents Booking” where admin can see payment status pending amount or Paid. Can be edit. Also Admin can see Edit/Enable/Disable Travel Agents” under “Travel Agents Tab” in backend.
Discount Coupon System : Coupons can be generated backend by admin, Can be enable disable, Set how many times can be used each coupon. One coupon can be used only 1 time by the user.
Each time user books, he will earn some points, these points have to be claimed and in lieu he will get discount coupon.
PAYU payment Gateway + Offline Payments.
On Each Tour Booking Page along with Login/Book Now : Enquire Now Button should be there. On clicking this button ajax form with phone,name, and enuiry fields should be there.
SMTP mail system should be used instead of mail()
