My website needs to be able to function on the mobile side. Right now it isn't responsive and user-friendly for mobile users. I need someone to create full responsive and mobile friendly theme to integrate with my Magento based website. This includes Contact pages, login page, register page, category page, product page, policy page, product review page.
I have a design made that I want it to look like and the whole goal is to get the customers on my website that are using mobile devices to be able to check out using paypal.
