I want to implement a payment gateway system at my website . Using which people will able to buy services from my website using local bank and admin can verified it and delivered the product and same way admin also can pay to it members using this module. Any person from any place able to pay amount by using this modul at my website .

i can set up a payment gateway where ur customer can use debit card/credit card etc from local banks.
you would have set up fees as i told you above. but from gateway company they will give u free if you pay 5% transaction charge. they will charge you 5000 rupees if their transaction charge would be 2.5% . so decide and tell which suits you.
