Media Slider with Backend

Hi,
I need a script that automatically change media based on server time.
Example: at 12:00 of 20 April show an image
at 12:10 show a video
It is like a streaming script because one online user see the media change based on server time.
These media are taken from a mysql db with timestamp (db just ready)

The media could be: images, video like youtube, live video streaming
