(Change a simple html form layout to better look)
Hi all:
We do wedding slideshow video service, and have an online system for users to fill online forms and upload photos and music to our server, and the admins can and manage all users.
The site is just built, and the system is running, just the interface is very simple HTML/PHP style forms and not look too good.
We need a designer to improve and make the interface and layout more beautiful and attractive, feeling like easy to use, like these designs:

It is about 7 pages, all of them actually is using the same layout but show different tables.

We prefer simple and clean layout. As we are doing wedding related website, we do not want a very dark design. If you can show us some you think is good before you start that will be great! (But not necessary.)
FYI of design, most of the users may be women (future brides).
The job is not difficult, I expect you can complete it in 1 or 2 days.
