For example, Ahmed invited Ali to my website, then Ali earn 100 dollar on my website, finally when Ali will request a withdraw, Ahmed will get 15% credit back from the amount that Ali requested. This process will work with Ahmed for the full 1 year "he will get the 15% from Ali for the whole 1 year"
* Also I need the ability to change the 15% and the 1 year in the future
** This is an articles website and NOT a store, so the money will be added manually and only when someone will request withdrawal the other one get the 15%
