I have a webpage that I need to obtain a PR of 4 in order to beat my competitor. The page is 3+ years old, dedicated IP, and fairly well optimized for my keywords. Problem is I still have no PR and my competitor is a PR 3.
I'm not into all this blogging, link building, social media stuff so I'm sure that's hurting me.
