1) jQuery related - Autocomplete on my website does not stick upon scrolling. This needs to be fixed. It should stick when scrolling.

2) A new feature to be added - This is basically allowing the user to paste in search-field what they have "copied" to their clipboard, but there will be a rule to this, the rule is, if the "copied" content is a certain link (which I will specify).
To paste the user has to click button in the above feature.
You must be thorough, and know what you're doing. Only bid if you understand my requirements. You must have the required skills, especially jQuery. No time-wasters. My budget is fixed.
