Change images, slider and colour theme of my PTC site homepage.

I have a PTC site named bitcoptc.com
I want someone to redesign the homepage, slider text and images, and the background color theme of my site's homepage.
Plz refer to website like, cliquebook.net
I want an attractive homepage like that. That image of robot on my homepage is to be replaced by any other image.
The sliders should stay stuff like:
1. Revolutionary PTC business. Earn $0.01 per click. Earn upto 20% referral commission.
2. Cheap targeted advertising. Banner ads, Login ads etc.

The background color should change. Refer to that site I mentioned and you will see the difference in our homepages. I want my website to look like that website's homepage.
