Hi
I am looking for assistance in two areas, blog posting and facebook page updating.

The type of work I like completing is this, I would provide 10 articles in MS Word format and I would like them to be posted on my blog and scheduled to appear every 3 days. I have a format that I use that looks like this:

Each blog post should have the following:

A Large relevant graphic at the top.
H2 heading
H3 first paragraph
The rest of the paragraphs formatted as seen in the example post.
2 calls to action, one in the middle and one at the end.
3 links, 2 x internal and 1 x external to an authority site.

This would be done once a month.

Please let me know how many hours that would be. I also have 3 other blogs that would require similar work doing.
