I am from the country Albania and the site focuses mostly on Albanian visitors. My site has free movies with albanian subtitles and there is only a few sites that have free movies with albanian subtitles.
So what i want is to rank in the first 3 spots for 5 keywords or for "Movie Title" + keyword. I don't want to rank on those spots in the world or anything just rank at least on those spots for users that search those keywords from albania.
It should NOT be blackhat or any kind of hat where my site can be flagged and get messed up.
