Hello, I'm looking for someone to edit my wordpress website, what I need:

2: I have many categories, so for rest of categories which don't have enough space in first line of the menu I want to appear in a dropdown menu, something like ehow have when you hover your cursor on "More".
3. I have a "Random Article", I want that button to be changed in a "Random" button, now how is now, see image: http://imgur.com/98BKSFp
4. When someone create an article and want to upload a photo/video/file, this uploaded file to be on another of my hosting and get the link from the other hosting, with his/her file, I don't want on other hosting as I don't want to lose my website files.
All changes must be compatible with phone website version.

i have good experience with wordpress development. i can do this work quite fast, but your fourth point is little bit unclear to me, as far as i can understand is you want all of user uploaded files should be placed on another webserver. right?
