Submit 2000 URL to Search Engine

We have a list in google doc page of 3000 URLS (facebook links)
to submit to search engines for Indexation.

1) Take all the links in the document and submit to Search Engine.
2) and get confirmation of Indexation after 1 week....
into another page (random check).

3) We want to check if indexation is fine

It's easy to do, we have few others to do too in similar style.
All links are normal content links, we want them to be recognize in Google
