You can use SEnuke xCr or Sick Submitter. I want 400,000 do follow backlinks to two sites; one a small web company (local to Toronto, Canada) with just 4 keywords, and the other an international OTC stock exchange with over 50 keywords. I want speedy results that are permanent and safe. I want links from the widest range of types of sites. From what I have seen, Sick Submitter has a good url harvester sorter and a macro builder, but i think SEnuke has the equivalent facilities so there is no real preference as long as your lists are fresh or recently harvested.
I want you to create safe backlinks from as wide a range of types of websites and domains and IPs as possible. Quality is important as well.
