I have 40 sites that need constant SEO link building. Each site has hundreds of keywords. I will email you all 40 sites with zip files containing all the keywords for each site.
Your job:
Build a few links for each of the 40 sites every day. The process is simple: you will avoid google penalties and major serp bouncing by building only 3 - 7 links per keyword - then you will move on to the next keyword. The idea is to build links evenly for all of a site's keywords. The effect? The effect will be that overall the entire site will gain serp positions slowly and evenly without bouncing. Eventually, we should get these sites to page one in Google for all of their keywords.

Social bookmarking.
Blog comment (low OBL only - no spam).
Guest posting.
Emailing webmasters for permission to place a link on their site.
Link wheel (5 - 9 spokes, open ended) with tier two and three links

Important note:
You must be able to do multi-tiered link building.
You must have your own SEO tools, especially link building tools like senuke and xrumer.
You must be more than a data entry clerk. You need to KNOW seo!
I will need daily reports when you start. I need to check all the links and make sure the job is being done according to my specifications. Once established, you will only need to provide weekly reports. All reports need to include tier 1 URLs. I need to be able to visit the pages where you built the links so I can verify the quality.
You must understand SEO like a pro. This is a permanent position.
