Let us say my site is about marketing, you will be tasked to look for blog or forum pages whose topic is related to my site's niche. Please note that only the page you would comment on should be themed or related to marketing or promotion - not the blog or forum itself. Some examples of topics to look for are marketing, promotion, business tips, branding, etc. - you get the idea. The pages to comment on should also have a good Domain Authority and Page Authority scores, and low Spam score - as determined by SEOMOZ browser toolbar. SO if the page you found has been spammed to the teeth, don't build links on it.
The comment should also be a genuine response to the topic and not a generic reply. You should be clever enough to include the link (just raw and hyperlinked URLs and not keywords) of my site - as though citing it as an example or that you have brought from them before or that you have a friend who works there, etc. - so it wouldn't look spammy, You could even cite other competitor websites as examples, but don't link to them - just to my site. This is a very good way to make the comment link look very natural and organic.
I handle 4 sites regularly and I need about 50 dofollow, themed blog comments links for each site. It is a bit tedious since this would require manual work, but if you have done similar work before, it would be a breeze once you get the hang of it - and the rate I am willing to pay is quite reasonable. I would need about 50 blog/forum comment links per month for each site I have (200 blog comment links for 4 sites). These 4 sites are of different niches btw.
