Write descriptions of stores on our portal

We're looking for someone to write brief descriptions about 2.500 companies in our online guide. So what do you have to do:
- Lookup the website of the store (which we have in 99% of the cases)
- Write a brief description of about 300 words
- This description should be general and timeless
- We're in a niche so all companies are in the same niche
- We do have some more support & guidelines to help you writing the texts even if limited info is available
- Texts should be SEO friendly. The name of the company has to be included at least twice, the name of its location/city/town also and the name of the UK county once.
- You have to enter all descriptions to our (user friendly!) CMS. And no, it's not Wordpress :-)

The price of $2 is per description. In other languages we've been able to write 8 descriptions per hour which explains the $16 per hour we're offering.

Requirements

  • You should be based in Europe, the US or Canada. We're looking for native speakers.
  • As we had bad experiences in the past we don't want to have someone non-native speakers from Asia to work on this project.
  • You should be able to write creative texts in well-written English. Spelling mistakes are not acceptable at all.
  • You should be creative: even with limited information you're able to make a interesting description.
  • You do have good reviews on SEO Clerks and have been here for at least 6 months.
