When I create a "Want to Buy" I set highest amount I am willing to pay for it. Then I see people bidding higher then the amount I set. So if I order from them? Do I pay the amount I set as highest or the amount they bid...

Is it safe to bid? Answered

Lets say you bid on a big job in the WTB section, can a buyer just cancel and get a full refund? or does it have to go through seoclerks admins first? because i know guarantees can be canceled without admin permisson.
