    How to cancel subscription service

    Any subscription based service can be easily cancelled within your PayPal account. To cancel your subscription, you will need to follow these steps.

    Log in to your PayPal account.
    Click Profile near the top of the page.
    Click My money.
    Click Update in the My preapproved payments section.
    Click Cancel, Cancel automatic billing, or Cancel subscription and follow the instructions.

    Alternately, you may ask the support staff to cancel the subscription on your behalf. You can create a support ticket here at the Ionicware Support Desk.

    When contacting via support ticket, please be sure to include your username, order number or subscription ID.

    Good one Anweb, it's surely a question that some people wouldn't know the answer for that might have been thinking about it. After cancelling a subscription, it might also be a good idea to tell the seller of the service you was subscribed to. You may have a very genuine reason for wanting to cancel your subscription and that could either be a budget related issue or you don't require the service anymore or you're not happy with the current provided service (service quality). It may be that the seller whose service you was subscribed to will be able to help you and improve the service for you (if that is the reason). Cancelling a subscription should be a last resort but do speak to the seller first to try and work something out before cancelling as it may be that they can help you and qualm your concerns. However if you should want to cancel it this will surely help people that don't or didn't know how to. So if you didn't know - now you know! How to cancel subscription service

    Thank you very much anwebservices, this one was needed. When I had a subscription based service earlier one of my previous clients had some major issues finding how to cancel the subscription. Only that one client sent me about 5 or 6 messages to my inbox with concerns regarding this as they couldn't figure out how to cancel it. Unfortunately, I didn't know at that time either, so it was a real mess to sort it out.

    Nowadays, if I were to put up a subscription based service again I'll clearly mention this topic so they can easily find the information. Thank you once again.
