Why I am Back in level 1 from level 2?

Hi,
I am trustService and selling services for over 2 months. I received a level promotion to Level 2 but now I am Level 1 again. Why?

I checked into this matter and found that your account was given an infraction for: Posting banned content: 20 Facebook fanpage review.

Your infraction has temporarily reset your account to Level 1 - this infraction will expire on June 1, 2016.

Assuming you meet all other requirements, your userlevel will return once the infraction expires

As far as I know leveling up is automatic and I cannot see how if you were given a level 2, you were then downgraded.
These are the requirements to go up to Level 2: Let us go over them one by one, obviously from what I can see from your profile. The ones I cannot answer you may wish to check if you satisfied them yourself.

Completed/Purchased/Affiliated 10 orders on time
Have no infractions (follow the rules)
Your email must be verified
You must associate a phone number with your account (only users who joined after May 1st, 2016) - you joined before that
Login often (once per 14 days)
Account is at least 7 days old - this is ok
First completed sale/purchase/affiliate sale is at least 30 days old
Have a 90% rating or higher - this is ok
Completed one payment withdrawal that is 20 days old
72 hour or less response time
